Jalingo – Hon. Jethro Yakubu Zikengyu is a remarkable individual known for his exemplary character and deeds that make him a true "good man." He spent most of his life dedicated to serving others and making a positive impact on his community.

One notable aspect of his character is his kindness and generosity. He is always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need, regardless of their background or circumstances. Whether it is volunteering at the local orphanage or supporting families during times of crisis, his selflessness shines through in all his actions. The honourable's commitment to education is also commendable. He firmly believes in the power of knowledge and strives to provide educational opportunities for underprivileged children. He has initiated various projects to improve access to education, such as establishing a scholarship program and organising mentorship programs. 

In his scholarship program, he has offered 250 students complete scholarship picking 50 students from each levels (100, 200, 300, 400, 500 levels) respectively. Through his efforts, he has touched the lives of numerous individuals, giving them hope and a chance for a better future. Indeed uneasy lies on the head of the person that wear the crown. This fact remains true as Hon. Jethro Yakubu Zikengyu is fully committed in developing and promoting his constituency to limelight.

In a report send to us by our correspondent, the honourable member was captured on camera supporting 500 individuals in his constituency with the sum of 20,000 naira each to help them start small scale business and be independent. The beneficiaries were selected from five wards in his constituency.

The Honourable Member also disburse food items, clothes and other valuables to widows, orphans and less privileged to celebrate the festive season.

A good man is always celebrated, in-line with his good works, Hon. Jethro Yakubu Zikengyu, received numerous awards some among includes; Award for the Best Member Wukari 1, TIV Association Award. During his appreciation service, Hon. Jethro Yakubu Zikengyu appreciated God Almighty for the gift of life and the good people of Wukari 1 Constituency for the peace and love they shared among themselves. 

The wife of the Executive Governor, Her Excellency, Mrs. Agyin Agbu Kefas, was present at the event with Some dignified personalities who came to also support him in the thanksgiving.

The event which started with a dinner, got lots of attentions from family, friends, fans and supporters including colleagues from his work place.
